About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Computer Science student or recent graduate who is interested in building a career in Project Management, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or Software Delivery.This internship provides hands-on experience working on enterprise software projects while learning the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, business analysis, and project coordination.You will work alongside Project Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers to help deliver innovative software solutions across enterprise and digital transformation initiatives.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationAssist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.Monitor project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.Follow up with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business teams on assigned tasks.Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.Track action items and proactively follow up on pending activities.⸻Agile Delivery SupportParticipate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Maintain sprint boards and project trackers.Assist with backlog grooming and task prioritization.Support release planning and deployment activities.⸻DocumentationPrepare and maintain project documentation including:Meeting Minutes (MoMs)Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)User StoriesAcceptance CriteriaProcess FlowsStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)User GuidesRelease NotesProject Status ReportsExecutive Presentations⸻Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate meetings with technical and business stakeholders.Prepare meeting agendas and document action items.Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).Ensure timely communication of project updates and decisions.⸻Technical CollaborationWork closely with software engineers to understand technical solutions.Assist with requirements gathering and solution validation.Support QA teams during testing and release cycles.Validate completed features against business
