Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong hands-on Automation Testing experience. Thecandidate should have a good understanding of the end-to-end QA process, strongautomation skills, API/UI testing experience, debugging capabilities, strong analytical skillsand good communication and reporting skills.Mandatory Candidate Profile / Key RequirementsMinimum 2 year of QA experience with strong Automation Testing exposure.Solid understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and the complete end-to-end QA process.Hands-on experience in API testing, including API automation as required.Hands-on experience in UI-driven automation.Strong experience in automation testing with the ability to develop and maintainautomation scripts/frameworks.Good understanding and practical experience in Test Case Writing and test execution.Hands-on experience with Selenium.Hands-on experience with API Automation; Rest Assured is preferred.Hands-on experience with Git and Jenkins.Experience working across Windows, macOS and Linux platforms.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Exposure to debugging, log analysis, troubleshooting, RCA (Root Cause Analysis)and defect triaging.Ability to multi-task during key moments while maintaining precision and accuracy.Strong reporting skills, including both technical and non-technical reporting.Must have experience working with and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Good verbal and written communication skills.Test Harnesses / ToolsSTLCTest Case WritingAPI Automation – Rest Assured preferredSeleniumGitJenkinsPlatformsWindowsmacOSLinuxKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.Execute automated UI and REST API testing.Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.Analyze test failures, logs and defects.Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.Perform defect triaging and support timely resolution.Maintain automation code using Git.Integrate and execute automation through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.Support release and regression validation.Coordinate with Development, Product, DevOps and Security teams.Prepare clear technical and non-technical test reports and communicate test status,risks and issues.
