Software Quality, Lead

Master works is seeking an experienced Software Quality Lead to lead quality assurance activities, establish testing standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions across projects.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage software quality and testing activities across projects. Define and implement QA strategies, standards, processes, and best practices. Develop test plans, test cases, and risk-based testing approaches. Oversee functional, integration, API, regression, and automation testing. Ensure quality gates and testing activities are integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, defects, and release readiness. Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and guide QA engineers and support knowledge sharing. Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to resolve quality issuesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing. Strong experience in test automation and software testing methodologies. Experience with API testing and CI/CD environments. Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsJob location: Client site
