This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting software solutions (Android, iOS, and web systems), and managing the sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The representative collaborates with the development team to understand product features and translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers. Ongoing responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, handling inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Software Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to identify prospects and nurture client relationships.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation and negotiation abilities.Relevant experience in selling technology or software solutions is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Kigoma and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong customer service mindset, problem-solving abilities, and basic understanding of Android, iOS, and web systems.Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
