Role SummarySeeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead with strong GCP, DevSecOps, software engineering, and cloud-native expertise to lead secure technical delivery across enterprise-scale open-source platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical delivery across GCP cloud-native environments.Bridge business requirements with technical execution, managing architecture risks and technical debt.Drive DevSecOps, security controls, compliance, and secure SDLC practices.Lead Agile delivery, sprint health, dependencies, blockers, and milestones.Provide hands-on support through code reviews, Terraform troubleshooting, and production incident resolution.Collaborate with Engineering, Backend/Frontend, SRE, Security, and Platform teams.Drive scalability, resilience, security, and operational excellence.Track delivery performance using DORA metrics and engineering KPIs.Mandatory Skills & Experience10+ years of Software Engineering experience.Strong GCP experience, including GKE, Cloud Run, IAP, and Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL.Strong DevSecOps / Secure Software Delivery experience.Hands-on Java and Python; experience with at least two of Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Knowledge of container security, secrets management, KMS, and Compliance-as-Code.Proven Technical Delivery / Engineering Leadership experience.Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban and stakeholder management skills.Experience with cloud-native, enterprise-scale environments.Strong troubleshooting, architecture review, and problem-solving skills.Nice to HaveFinancial Services or other regulated-industry experience.GCP cost optimization / FinOps knowledge.Experience with open-source technology adoption and platform modernization.Core Mandatory Skills:GCP | DevSecOps | Technical Delivery Leadership | Java | Python | Terraform
