Software Solutions Sales Executive

Royex Technologies is a Dubai-based Mobile App and Website Development Company delivering innovative digital solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a Software Solutions Sales Executive who can combine strong sales skills with technical understanding to identify client needs, present suitable solutions, and close business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities for mobile app, web, and software development services.Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team by understanding client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.Conduct client meetings (onsite and virtual) to gather requirements and present Royex’s services and solutions.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and basic technical documentation in coordination with the technical team.Deliver product and solution presentations tailored to client needs.Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closureMaintain and update the sales pipeline, client records, and reports.Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.Basic to strong understanding of software development, mobile apps, and web technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.Ability to manage multiple leads and client interactions efficiently.Minimum 1–2 years of UAE Sales experience in technical sales, IT sales, or a client-facing technical role.Experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or CRM will be an added advantage.Compensation:Monthly Salary: AED6,000 to AED8,000Sales Commissions: 5% to 10%Other Benefits:Mobile bill allowance, fuel allowance, yearly tour allowance, and weekly 2 holidaysPlease share your resume to hr@royex.net and for more details about Royex, please visit www.royex.ae
