The Software Support Trainer will deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops to clients and internal teams on Liquid Logics’ lending software platform, both during implementation and ongoing use. Responsibilities include creating and updating training materials, documentation, and user guides, as well as providing one-on-one coaching and group instruction tailored to different user groups. The role involves collaborating with product and support teams to understand new features, gathering feedback from users, and translating complex technical workflows into clear, accessible learning content. The Software Support Trainer will also assist with troubleshooting user issues related to system usage, monitor training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to client processes and adoption programs. this includesProvide guidance and mentoring on best practices and use of the systemProvide telephone, remote and desk side support for application uses.Lead in person training sessionsWrite Statement of Work proposals for application changesDevelop, update and expand learning programs for both in person and remote environmentsDrive change, suggesting new and creative approaches to deliver content to learnersWork with Developers for application testing scenariosValidate client requested changes are implemented as desired and inline with client needsQualificationsCandidate should be punctual with exceptional attention to details. Candidates should possess strong Computer Software Training and Training skills, with experience delivering structured learning to varied audiences.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex processes clearly and engage learners in person.Candidates should possess foundational Software Development understanding to interpret system functionality and workflows for training purposes.Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills for creating effective training curricula, materials, and assessments.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with SaaS platforms, familiarity with mortgage, lending or financial services, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.Self directed with ability to independently perform all of the duties of the position efficiently and effectivelyRelevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
