Software Team Lead - C#

Software Team LeadCambridge – Hybrid – Three days a week in the office£90k-£100k We’re pleased to partner with a deep-tech Engineering business as they look to bring in a Software Team Lead to oversee a growing team of Application Developers. This position will remain partly hands-on, so we’re looking for candidates with strong C# backgrounds that have since moved into a leadership position. The role will work closely with Product & other engineering teams to define solutions & ensure the team is delivering to deadline while maintaining sharp, performant software that’s build to last. What we’re looking for:Experience working with C# & .NETStrong experience of architectural & design principals.Experience of leading/guiding a team of Software EngineersClear communication skills & ability to explain technical concepts to both technical & non-technical stakeholders.Candidates outside of Cambridge must be able to drive & due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance, so are only accepting applications from British nationals/dual citizens currently.
