The Software Engineer (Mobile) will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a seamless user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, troubleshooting and resolving defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating mobile apps with backend services and APIs. The role also involves participating in code reviews, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. The engineer will work closely with product and project teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that support clients’ digital transformation goals.QualificationsStrong proficiency in mobile application development (e.g., iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter).Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services, and familiarity with JSON or similar data formats.Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code, with experience in unit testing or automated testing frameworks for mobile.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, product owners, and other engineers.Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on performance, security, and usability.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in managed services or enterprise-level solutions, and familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies, is an advantage.Core and technical CompetenciesThe role demands client-focus, innovation, collaboration, adaptability, and reliability, alongside technical skills in ITSM processes, ITIL framework, AI and automation, mobile development, system integration, communication, analytical thinking, resilience, continuous learning, and leadership.Tools, Stakeholders and Performance IndicatorsM365, AI tools, coding tools, and internal systems, collaborates with internal teams and clients, and is measured by successful application deployment, effective issue resolution, and high user satisfaction.Dateline of receiving applications - 4pm on 21st September 2026.
