Solar Engineer

Solar Project Engineer – Doha, QatarVoltix Solar Systems is looking for an experienced Solar Project Engineer to join our team in Qatar.Responsibilities• Design On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid solar PV systems• Perform load analysis, system sizing, and equipment selection• Prepare SLDs, BOQs, technical drawings, and project documentation• Size and select solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables, and protection systems• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning• Coordinate project execution and ensure quality standards• Troubleshoot systems and provide technical supportRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar PV systems and project execution• Strong knowledge of On-Grid, Off-Grid, Hybrid, and battery storage systems• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVsyst• Good knowledge of electrical design, cable sizing, protection, and SLD preparation• Good English communication skills• Qatar/GCC experience is an advantageLocation: Doha, QatarEmployment Type: Full-time, On-site
