By combining disciplined project development with data-driven asset management, we aim to maximize renewable energy performance and create lasting value for investors, partners, and communities.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Solar PV Project Development Lead / Photovoltaic Asset Manager to support solar project development, technical coordination, commercial evaluation, and portfolio asset performance.The ideal candidate combines renewable-energy knowledge with strong project and commercial management capabilities. This role will contribute across the solar PV lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and development planning through construction coordination, operational performance, asset optimization, and stakeholder reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support the development of utility-scale, commercial, or distributed solar PV projects.Evaluate potential project opportunities, sites, market conditions, technical requirements, and development risks.Coordinate feasibility studies, site assessments, grid considerations, permitting, engineering, and development activities.Develop project schedules, budgets, milestones, resource plans, and development strategies.Coordinate with engineering consultants, EPC contractors, developers, utilities, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders.Review technical proposals, system designs, equipment specifications, energy-yield assessments, and project documentation.Support financial and commercial analysis including project costs, revenue assumptions, performance forecasts, and investment considerations.Monitor construction and commissioning activities to ensure progress, quality, and technical requirements are maintained.Manage operational performance of solar PV assets and identify opportunities for optimization.Monitor generation, availability, performance ratios, downtime, maintenance requirements, and asset KPIs.Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.Coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective actions, warranty matters, and service-provider performance.Monitor asset budgets, operating costs, contracts, and commercial obligations.Prepare asset-performance reports, project updates, forecasts, dashboards, and management presentations.Identify technical, regulatory, operational, and commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Support continuous improvement in renewable-energy project development and asset-management processes.Requirements3+ years of relevant experience in solar PV, renewable energy, project development, energy infrastructure, or asset management preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.Strong understanding of solar PV systems, project development processes, energy generation, and renewable-energy operations.Experience with feasibility assessment, project planning, technical coordination, asset performance, or renewable-energy investments.Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret technical and commercial data.Understanding of EPC contracts, O&M arrangements, project schedules, grid considerations, and renewable-energy project risks.Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation, and project-coordination capabilities.Ability to evaluate performance data and develop practical asset-optimization recommendations.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects or assets.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Comfortable working independently with international and distributed teams.Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.What We OfferFully remote, part-time working arrangement with flexibility.Opportunity to contribute to international solar PV and renewable-energy projects.Exposure to project development, asset management, energy performance, and clean-energy investment.Collaborative environment focused on sustainability, innovation, and commercial performance.Access to modern project-management, analytics, monitoring, and reporting tools.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Professional growth and opportunities for broader renewable-energy leadership.A purpose-driven role contributing to the expansion of reliable, efficient, and sustainable solar energy.
