Solar Technician

‏⁦Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Solar PV Technician to join our team and support the installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of ground-mounted solar PV projects. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in solar installation and electrical works, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient project execution.ResponsibilitiesInstall and assemble solar PV modules, mounting structures, and related components for ground-mounted projects.Perform DC and AC electrical connections in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications.Carry out cable installation, termination, routing, and basic electrical testing.Assist with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar PV systems.Read and follow electrical drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.Inspect installed components and identify installation or technical issues.Follow project quality standards, safety procedures, and site requirements.Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other site teams to complete assigned work efficiently.Maintain a clean and safe working environment at the project site.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in solar PV installation or a related electrical field.Proven experience working on ground-mounted solar PV projects.Good knowledge of solar PV installation, DC/AC connections, cabling, and electrical components.Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documentation.Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.Ability to work effectively as part of a site team and in outdoor project environments.Technical diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Solar Energy, or a related field is preferred.Driver’s license is not required.Open to candidates of all nationalities.BenefitsAccommodation provided.Transportation provided.Medical insurance.Full-time employment.⁩
