Solution Architect - AI (Lead AI)

About the Role

We're looking for an AI Lead to drive the strategy, delivery, and quality of AI initiatives across multiple enterprise client engagements. You'll combine hands-on technical leadership with people management. You'll guide AI teams, set standards, and serve as the go-to AI authority for both our internal teams and our clients. This role reports directly to the Chief Solutions Delivery Officer.What You'll Do Lead AI teams across multiple enterprise engagements, from pre-sales and POC through implementation and post-deploymentDefine AI solution strategies and roadmaps aligned with each client's business goals and technology landscapeOwn end-to-end AI delivery: scope, quality, timeline, and client satisfactionEstablish AI engineering standards, best practices, and governance frameworksCoach and mentor AI architects, data scientists, and engineersAdvise client executives on AI adoption strategy and technology choicesResearch emerging AI technologies and turn them into differentiated service offeringsPartner with sales and pre-sales on AI proposals and RFPs, and help close AI opportunitiesBuild a reusable library of AI reference architectures, accelerators, and lessons learnedWhat You'll OwnTechnical approach and architecture decisions for AI projects in your scopeStaffing and task allocation for AI team membersAdvice on AI vendor selection, partnerships, and tooling strategyWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field8+ years in technology roles, including at least 5 years in AI/MLProven experience leading AI project teams in enterprise consulting or technology deliveryA track record of taking AI solutions from concept to productionStrong people leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate AI capabilities into clear business value and ROIExcellent communication and presentation skills in EnglishNice to HaveDeep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Agents), predictive analytics, NLP, and computer visionHands-on experience with cloud AI services, MLOps, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)Knowledge of AI securityDomain experience in financial services or other related industries
