Solution Architect

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements. Conduct discovery meetings and workshops to gather functional and technical requirements. Analyze business problems and translate them into tailored solution proposals. Prepare high-quality functional and technical proposals in collaboration with the Commercial team. Support the sales team during client meetings by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations. Define the project scope after deal closure to ensure a complete and accurate handover to the implementation team. Produce functional documentation and solution scope to align internal teams before project kickoff. Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and client presentations throughout the sales cycle. Run project progress demonstrations and milestone presentations for clients during implementation. Work closely with Product, Project Management, and Technical teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood. Identify implementation risks, technical dependencies, and recommend appropriate solutions. Respond to technical questions, RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires. Stay updated on company products, digital technologies, competitors, and market trends. Support continuous improvement of presales processes, proposal templates, and presentation materials. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Around 5 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Business Analysis, Technical Consulting, or a similar client-facing role. Experience working in digital transformation, enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, PropTech, FinTech, or similar technology environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation methodologies. Ability to understand both business and technical requirements. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating functional specifications, solution proposals, and technical documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio or similar process-mapping tools. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar is an advantage. Experience using AI tools “Claude Solution design and technical consulting.
