Solution Architect

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution DesignTranslate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.Work with multiple stakeholders to define functional & non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance).Map solution flows across applications, data, and integrations.Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and security guidelines.Technical LeadershipWork closely with Enterprise Architect, Product Owners, Developers, Data Team, and Vendors.Produce technical artifacts: solution diagrams, sequence flows, interface specifications.Review vendor solutions and validate technical feasibility.Delivery SupportGuide development teams during the building phase.Support testing, deployment, and cutover.Troubleshoot deep technical issues across multiple systems.Stakeholder and team collaborationAct as a bridge between teams: Collaborate with various departments, such as IT, marketing, sales, and design, to align on goals and execution.Manage stakeholder relationships: Keep stakeholders informed and gather their feedback to ensure the platform meets their needs.Foster collaboration: Encourage a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the team and across the organization.Solution adoption: Ensure the proposed solution and design is understood, implemented properly, and delivers benefitsRequired Qualification & ExperienceHas 6 to 10 years of experience in solution designStrong in application, integration, and cloud architectureRetail systems experience (ERP, POS, WMS, CRM, e-commerce) advantageousStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teamsAdaptable and comfortable working in fast-moving, high-growth environmentsAble to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly languageProactive, resourceful, and able to drive solutions with minimal supervisionKey Performance IndicatorStakeholder managementSolution quality & stabilityDelivery timelines metRework/defect rateIntegration success rateCompliance to enterprise architectureAt MR DIY International, we're more than a global home improvement brand, we're a catalyst for ambitious talent ready to grow beyond borders.With over 5,000+ stores across 15 countries globally, we offer unmatched international exposure to those looking to build a meaningful, global career.From retail operations and merchandising to strategy, tech, and supply chain.
