You will be responsible for end‑to‑end architecture, guiding clients both technically and functionally, and ensuring solutions are not only implemented but strategically designed.Your ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for solution design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsLead fit/gap analyses, architecture and decision workshops with business and IT teamsDefine scalable end‑to‑end ERP solutions (Finance, SCM, integrations, data, security)Ensure quality across all analysis, design, and implementation deliverablesProvide functional leadership to onshore and offshore delivery teamsCollaborate closely with project management, delivery leadership, and presales teamsActively support presales activities (architecture, effort estimation, client presentations)Identify, assess, and manage risks and architectural decisionsAct as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, IT leadership, and business stakeholdersYour ProfileSeveral years of experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (formerly AX)Deep process and system knowledge in at least one of the following areas:Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting)Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or RetailExperience with complex ERP implementations in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of integrations, data migration, security, and governanceExperience leading distributed, international teamsStructured, analytical, and solution‑oriented working styleIdeally Microsoft certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect Expert)Why Visionet?Strategic role with high client visibilityWork on complex, international transformation programmesClear commitment to quality, responsibility, and sustainable deliveryStrong, collaborative expert team with Microsoft focusPersonal development, certifications, and clear growth opportunities
