Solution Consultant

Overview of PositionThis role is a Solution Consultant position supporting AI-enabled consulting engagements, with a focus on translating business problems into structured analysis, actionable insights, and implementable solutions. The role combines strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to shape AI-driven solution approaches in collaboration with business and technology teams.Exp - 5 to 8 yearsLocation - NoidaResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled consulting engagements—from proposal through final outputs Structure problem statements, define analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations Analyze business processes and operational data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture processes, pain points, controls, data touchpoints, and AI enablement areas Develop current- and future-state artifacts (process maps, SOPs, journey maps, RACI) aligned to AI-driven transformation Perform data analysis and work decomposition to quantify impact, benefits, and business case value Create executive-ready presentations, narratives, and deliverables for senior stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights, shape AI-driven solutions, and track emerging AI and industry trendsBusiness Analytics and Delivery SkillsRequirement gathering, stakeholder management, and structured problem solving Data analysis, visualization, and exposure to AI-enabled tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) Define data needs, perform data preparation, and support AI-driven reporting Process analysis, documentation, and identification of improvement opportunities Executive-ready presentation and structured storytelling skills Understanding of governance, coordination, and delivery tracking Translate data and process insights into clear, actionable outcomesSolution Shaping, Domain & AI-Enabled CapabilitiesTranslate business problems into data-driven or AI-enabled solution opportunitiesIdentify and evaluate use cases based on feasibility, impact, and data availabilityApply domain context to guide solution outputs, quality expectations, and controlsDefine high-level solution approaches, workflows, and decision frameworksConduct Current state assessments and documentation and recommend AI enabled future state Apply domain understanding to improve accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI-generated outputsSupport development of phased implementation plans aligned to business prioritiesDefine validation approaches, checkpoints, and human intervention points where requiredReview and validate solution outputs to ensure alignment with business expectationsSupport adoption through clear documentation, training inputs, and feedback incorporationMinimum Qualifications (Must-Haves)Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, or related rolesStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skillsExperience in stakeholder interaction and requirement elicitationProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau)Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Understanding of process improvement, data analytics, and digital transformation conceptsPrior work experience and knowledge in the Insurance domain will be preferredExperience in working with AI tools and applications will be an advantage
