Solution consulting-Trainee

Role Description The Solution Consulting – Trainee role is an on-site internship position based in Mumbai. In this role, the trainee supports solution consultants by understanding customer requirements, documenting needs, and helping match them with Organo Mart’s product offerings. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in product demonstrations, preparing basic presentations or reports, collecting customer feedback, and coordinating with operations or sales teams to ensure smooth execution. The trainee will learn how organic products are positioned in the market, gain exposure to consulting practices, and contribute to improving customer experience. This role is designed to provide practical learning, mentorship, and insight into solution-driven customer engagement within the organic products sector.Qualifications Interest in organic products, sustainable living, and food quality, with a willingness to learn about product features and benefits.Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and support solution recommendations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams clearly and professionally.Ability to organize information, prepare simple presentations or reports, and manage tasks with attention to detail.Comfort working in an on-site environment in Mumbai, with a proactive and collaborative approach.Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in business, commerce, food technology, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools for documentation and communication.Prior internship or project experience in customer service, sales support, or consulting is an advantage but not mandatory.
