Solution Design Intern

Main Areas of Focus and Accountability1. Client Requirement AnalysisSupport data collection and analysis to understand client operations and business requirements.Assist with site visits, operational assessments, and identifying process improvement opportunities.Contribute to logistics simulations and performance analysis.2. Solution Design & Proposal SupportAssist in developing warehousing and logistics solutions for customer opportunities.Support layout design, process mapping, simulations, and pricing activities.Help prepare proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.3. Technical Learning & ResearchDevelop knowledge of warehousing operations, logistics best practices, and industry trends.Support benchmarking, research, and evaluation of logistics technologies and solutions.Maintain awareness of market developments and innovative practices.4. Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and inputs.Support client presentations, project meetings, and communication of key updates.Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.5. Project & Continuous Improvement SupportAssist with project implementation, tracking, and post-implementation reviews.Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery.Participate in training and development activities.6. Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.Track project milestones, feedback, and design changes.Support data reporting and issue resolution activities.Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
