We translate complex customer challenges into practical, scalable solutions using Lark’s collaboration, automation, and AI capabilities.We partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customers to design, demonstrate, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals involving multiple C-level stakeholders.- Lead technical discovery and qualification to understand customers’ business objectives, pain points, and success criteria.- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoCs), including hands-on technical response to RFIs/RFPs, that show how Lark meets customer needs.- Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure the proposed solution meets their business objectives and technical requirements.- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer Success to accelerate customer acquisition through aligned campaigns and pipeline execution, and to support existing customers in achieving their transformation goals- Work closely with Product teams to share market insights and influence the product roadmap.- Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of solution engineering or solution consulting or solution architect experience in SaaS organization.- Hands-on experience with collaboration, workflow automation, or integration platforms (e.g., building demos, configuring integrations, or automating workflows for customers)- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. This is a customer-facing role that requires pitching and presenting Lark solutions to prospects and supporting POCs; the majority of our target customers in the market are English and Chinese-speaking.- Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs), including technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.- Hands-on experience using AI products and applying them to solve real business or workflow problems.- Self-motivated and able to adapt to rapidly evolving product, organization and market.- Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the sales territory.Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with customers in Singapore, and ideally the broader SEA market e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.- Industry domain knowledge in ICT, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing or similar.- Experience with cloud technologies: SaaS applications, iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), cloud infrastructure, etc.- A startup mindset with a proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and delivering polished outcomes.About LarkLark is the next-generation collaborative tools that boost organizations' efficiency, creativity, and engagement by integrating Messenger, Docs, Calendar, Video calls, Emails, and more into one easy-to-use app.​Why Join ByteDanceInspiring creativity is at the core of ByteDance's mission.
