You'll become the trusted advisor customers rely on, leading solution design, facilitating workshops, guiding project delivery, and helping organisations transform how they operate. The role focuses heavily on stakeholder engagement, solution design leadership, business consulting, and end-to-end project delivery.What You'll Be DoingYou'll partner with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and future vision, then lead the design and delivery of solutions that help them get there.Your focus will include:Leading business transformation and ERP implementation projectsFacilitating workshops and gathering business requirementsBuilding strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive teamsDesigning end-to-end business solutions that solve real customer problemsActing as the trusted "go-to" advisor throughout project deliverySupporting pre-sales activities, solution scoping, and customer presentationsMentoring consultants and contributing to the success of the broader teamWhat We're Looking ForWe're not simply looking for product experts.We're looking for exceptional consultants.You'll stand out if you have:Extensive consulting and customer-facing experienceOutstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsA strong customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outcomesExperience leading workshops, solution design, and business transformation initiativesThe ability to influence and build trusted relationships with executives and decision makersStrong problem-solving, business analysis, and solution architecture capabilitiesExperience leading complex projects and cross-functional teamsA minimum of 5 years experience with NetSuite is essential.Experience with business systems, digital transformation, or solution architecture experience will be highly regarded.
