Solutions Architect / SME (Oracle Telecommunications Platforms)Oracle BRM | ECE | OSM | ASAP | UIM | CRM | Cloud | DevOpsLocation: Doha, Qatar - Onsite 80% (EMEA & Americas Applicants welcome)About the RoleWe are looking for experienced Solutions Architects / Subject Matter Experts with 8–10+ years' experience delivering Oracle Communications solutions within the telecommunications sector.These are hands-on technical roles responsible for the design, development, integration and support of business-critical OSS/BSS platforms, working across billing, charging, CRM, order management, provisioning, cloud infrastructure and DevOps. You'll play a key role in delivering resilient, scalable solutions while supporting continuous improvement across complex enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and support Oracle Communications applications and integrations across OSS/BSS platforms.Deliver solutions covering customer management, order fulfilment, provisioning, billing, charging, mediation and reporting.Develop and maintain Oracle cartridges, APIs, workflows, integrations and custom applications.Support Oracle database, WebLogic and Linux environments, ensuring high availability, performance and security.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and cloud-native solutions.Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term improvements.Collaborate with architects, developers, operations and business stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.Contribute to technical standards, documentation and best practice across engineering teams.Skills & ExperienceYou should have strong experience in several of the following:Oracle Communications technologies, including BRM, PDC, ECE, OSM, ASAP, UIM, OCOMC, OEP, OAP CRM, BI Publisher and Oracle Enterprise Manager.Java/J2EE, PHP (Yii2), SQL, PL/SQL and scripting (Bash, Python or Perl).REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Design Studio and enterprise system integration.Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic and Linux administration.Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm and Infrastructure as Code.CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory and Ansible.Enterprise monitoring, automation, security and DevSecOps practices.Telecommunications OSS/BSS environments, including billing, charging, CRM, provisioning, inventory and order management.DesirableExperience of Nokia network integrations, TM Forum frameworks (eTOM/SID), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), 5G charging, Intelligent Networks or high-availability telecom platforms.Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise governance frameworks.About YouYou'll be an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across multiple technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure and scalable enterprise solutions.Experience: 8–10+ yearsDomain: Telecommunications | Oracle Communications | OSS/BSS | Cloud | DevOps
