We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-performing Architecture team and lead the design of innovative, cloud-first solutions that deliver real business value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution architecture initiatives that support enterprise digital transformation.Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native microservices architectures.Drive AI and Generative AI adoption to improve automation and business capabilities.Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), technical evaluations, and feasibility assessments for emerging technologies.Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.Develop AI-driven solutions that enhance customer, distributor, and partner experiences.Produce architecture blueprints and present solutions at architecture governance forums.Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and regulatory standards.Evaluate vendor technologies for scalability, resiliency, security, and business fit.Provide technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.RequirementsProven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale solutions.Strong experience in Digital Transformation and enterprise architecture.Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.Expertise in Cloud-Native Microservices Architecture using:Spring BootDockerKubernetesExperience with one or more cloud platforms:Microsoft AzureAmazon Web Services (AWS)Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Strong understanding of:Application SecurityAgile methodologiesDevOpsCI/CDArchitecture-as-CodeExcellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is an advantage.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.Cloud or AI-related professional certifications are highly desirable.
