Solutions Architect | London | Hybrid (3 days onsite)I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join a growing Technology team within a leading global professional services organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who has come from a software development background and has started moving into solution design/architecture and now wants to take ownership of larger transformation initiatives.🔹 What you'll be doingYou'll work closely with senior business stakeholders, BAs, developers and technology teams to:Understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technology solutionsDesign solution architectures and ensure technical designs are fit for purposeWork across Azure, Snowflake and Databricks environmentsSupport AI, automation and data-led transformation initiativesHelp shape and deliver new technology solutions across internal business functionsProvide technical direction to development teams and ensure solutions are built correctlyGet hands-on where required - this is roughly a 30-70% hands-on / architecture splitContribute to the use of AI-assisted development, GitHub Copilot and AI agents🔹 The ideal backgroundI'm particularly interested in people with:Previous software development experienceExperience with solution design/architectureStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsPython and/or .NET experienceCloud experience - Azure background is highly preferredExposure to AI, automation or data platformsThe ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery🔹Why this role?This isn't a traditional architecture role where you're simply producing diagrams and handing them over.
