About My ClientA leading enterprise technology company driving digital transformation across the Middle East.The organization specializes in IT Operations, Service Management, AIOps, and AI-powered Enterprise Solutions, supporting large-scale government and enterprise customers with mission-critical digital infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead End-to-End Solution OwnershipDrive the full solution lifecycle, covering presales, architecture design, solution delivery, and customer handover.Act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise and government customers.Architect Enterprise ITSM, ITOM & AI SolutionsDesign scalable and secure solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), AIOps, Observability, and AI Platforms.Build architectures for cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and sovereign environments.Engage Senior StakeholdersOwn POCs, Bids & Technical ProposalsEnsure Successful DeliveryKey Requirements✅ Strong ITSM / ITOM Expertise8+ years of Solution Architecture experience.Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise ITSM, ITOM, Monitoring, Observability, or AIOps platforms.✅ AI & Modern Technology ExposureExperience integrating AI, Automation, Generative AI, LLMs, or AIOps capabilities into enterprise environments.Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure.✅ Enterprise Architecture & IntegrationProven expertise designing enterprise solutions involving:APIs & IntegrationsService-Oriented Architecture (SOA)Hybrid Cloud EnvironmentsHigh Availability & Scalability✅ Customer-Facing LeadershipStrong consulting and presentation skills.Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and C-level executives.✅ Industry ExperienceExperience working with large enterprise, government, telecom, financial services, or regulated-sector customers is highly preferred.
