organization in Dubai, UAE.We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with 10–14 years of overall experience and at least 5+ years of experience in D365 Solution/Technical Architecture.The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Commerce, SCM and/or CE, with expertise in enterprise architecture, end-to-end implementation, Azure integration, Power Platform, performance optimization, security, modernization, and large-scale D365 environments.🎯 What You’ll DoDesign and lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architectures across F&O, Commerce, SCM, CE, and related enterprise platforms.Define architecture standards, customization patterns, extension strategies, and best practices for scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing D365 solutions.Evaluate Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities versus custom development and recommend practical, cost-effective architecture solutions.Create comprehensive Solution Architecture Blueprints covering applications, data flows, integrations, infrastructure, security, operations, and deployment requirements.Actively participate in end-to-end D365 implementation projects, providing hands-on guidance for configurations, customizations, X++, C#, data migration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.Lead technical design and troubleshooting for complex D365 customizations and implementation blockers, ensuring solutions remain aligned with approved architecture and Microsoft best practices.Oversee data migration strategies using DMF/DIXF for migration from legacy ERP/CRM systems into Dynamics 365.Architect and oversee large-scale, high-volume D365 production environments supporting thousands of users and high-volume retail transactions.Drive performance optimization across databases, batch jobs, APIs, queries, large datasets, and system configurations.Design and implement high-availability, scalability, data archiving, monitoring, and production-support strategies.Collaborate with Microsoft Support/FastTrack and internal technology teams to resolve critical platform, infrastructure, and product-level issues.Design robust D365 integration architectures using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Dataverse, OData, Custom APIs, Business Events, Dual-Write, and REST APIs.Guide the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, to extend D365 capabilities while minimizing unnecessary custom development.Define architecture strategies for Microsoft One Version, application modernization, technical debt reduction, and continuous D365 upgrades.Work closely with Enterprise, Data, Infrastructure, and Security Architects to ensure D365 solutions align with the broader enterprise technology landscape.Implement Security by Design, including D365 security roles, RBAC, XDS, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and enterprise security standards.Support Architecture Review Boards and governance processes, ensuring solution designs comply with enterprise architecture, security, integration, data, infrastructure, and operational standards.Mentor D365 developers, functional consultants, technical leads, and engineering teams, providing technical direction and architecture guidance.Create and maintain Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), Functional/Technical Design Documents (FDD/TDD), system context diagrams, data flow diagrams, application architecture diagrams, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).🧠 What We’re Looking For10–14 years of overall IT experience in application development, enterprise systems, technical architecture, or related technology domains.Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Lead Technical Architect working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, Commerce, SCM and/or CE.Proven experience leading end-to-end D365 implementations from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and go-live.Strong experience supporting and optimizing large-scale, high-volume Dynamics 365 enterprise environments.Hands-on experience with D365 LCS and Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture, deployment, scalability, security, monitoring, and cost considerations.Experience designing and managing D365 integrations, APIs, middleware, event-driven flows, and enterprise data exchange.Strong understanding of X++, C#, SSRS, DMF/DIXF, BYOD, and Data Lake Export.Experience with performance troubleshooting, Trace Parser, SQL/performance analysis, batch job optimization, environment monitoring, and high availability.Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, OData, Custom APIs/Services, Business Events, Dual-Write, Virtual Entities, and REST APIs.Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.Strong understanding of D365 security framework, Roles, Duties, Privileges, XDS, RBAC, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and SSO.Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, RSAT, release management, and environment strategy.Strong experience with production support, monitoring, logging, alerting, incident readiness, and operational handover.Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is added advantage.⭐ Preferred SkillsExperience in Retail, E-commerce, Hospitality, or Supply Chain environments.Experience working with large-scale enterprise or multinational D365 environments.Experience working with Microsoft FastTrack and Microsoft Support.Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Azure / Power Platform certifications.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, security, and modernization frameworks.Experience with Microsoft One Version and D365 application modernization.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, enterprise architects, infrastructure
