The portal sits over a live Oracle 19c system of record, and it has to work without changing that system. You own the interface between the two.The 68 days are heaviest in the first seven weeks, while the design is set. After that, the role is design authority: you review the build; you do not write it.What you will ownThe technical specification and integration design — architecture, hosting, database, scalability and business continuity.The adapter to the core system: REST, SOAP where it is required, webhooks and SFTP.Role-based access control across several organisations sharing one portal.The non-functional design: 99.9% availability, pages under three seconds, and room to add further customers and sites.Single sign-on with the client's existing identity setup, and an audit trail that records who changed what, before and after, and when.What you bring10+ years in software, 4+ of them as an architect.ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC architecture.Oracle 19c data modelling and PL/SQL.REST APIs specified in OpenAPI 3.0.Load-balanced IIS and high-availability design on Windows Server.Security architecture across TLS 1.2+, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML.Clear written and spoken English, and the confidence to defend a design in front of a client.TermsUSD 463 per day for days worked, invoiced monthly and paid 15 days after the client pays Toga.Work visa, flights and hotel for on-site days are arranged and paid by Toga EMEA.Subject to contract and to the client's approval of your CV.How to applySend your CV to tega@togaemea.com with a short note on the Oracle-backed systems you have designed.
