You will work closely with clients, product teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive solution discovery, architecture, technology selection, estimation, POCs, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution architecture, cloud-native applications, AWS, Python, and AI/GenAI, along with excellent client-facing and communication skills.Required Skills12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technology consulting, or application development.3+ years in Solution/Technical Architecture, preferably in enterprise environments.Strong experience in end-to-end solution design and architecture.Strong backend expertise in any of the 2 languages (Python, Java, Go, C#)Strong knowledge of microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture.Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging systems, caching, and integrations.Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance business requirements, technical feasibility, cost, scalability, and time-to-market.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & ConsultingDefine end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business objectives, scalability, security, and cost.Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Create architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, technology roadmaps, and technical documentation.Evaluate technologies, frameworks, platforms, and build-vs-buy options.Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Client & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with clients, product managers, engineering leaders, and delivery teams.Present solution options, architecture decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Act as a trusted technical advisor and identify opportunities for modernization and digital transformation.Solutioning & PresalesLead technical solutioning for new opportunities and transformation initiatives.Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, SOWs, and technical presentations.Define technology stacks, high-level implementation approaches, assumptions, and dependencies.Collaborate with delivery teams on estimation, resource planning, timelines, and technical feasibility.Lead technical POCs and help convert successful prototypes into production solutions.Cloud & Application ArchitectureDesign cloud-native and distributed applications using microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and serverless patterns.Design highly available, scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions.Provide guidance on databases, caching, messaging, integrations, and distributed systems.AI & GenAI ArchitectureIdentify opportunities to integrate AI/GenAI into products, applications, and business workflows.Design solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and conversational AI.Evaluate AI solutions based on business value, accuracy, security, latency, scalability, and cost.Define approaches for AI orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.Preferred QualificationsExperience with emerging technologies such as serverless, AI agents, multimodal AI, and ML integration.Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD), clean architecture, and hexagonal patterns.Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, or responsible AI practices.Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities.Certifications in cloud, AI/ML, or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).You would enjoyOpportunity to work on impactful technical and AI challenges with global reach.Vast opportunities for self-development, including online university access and knowledge sharing opportunities.Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons to foster innovation and learning.Generous benefits packages including health insurance, retirement benefits, flexible work hours, and more.Supportive work environment with forums to explore passions beyond work.
