Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who can bridge business conversations and technical thinking. You will join client conversations, understand requirements, help shape proposals, and work with delivery teams to make sure the solution is practical and commercially sound.Trust and consistency matter in the market, so relationship building is an important part of the role. In Saudi Arabia, we want someone who can develop relationships with senior stakeholders and build a strong local pipeline.This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable owning the work rather than waiting for detailed direction.What you will do• Translate business problems into workable solution approaches• Help prepare proposals, estimates, and solution outlines• Work with technical and delivery teams throughout the sales process• Explain technical choices in clear business language• Join discovery calls and clarify client requirementsWhat we are looking for• Experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, consulting, or a similar client-facing role• Able to understand business requirements and discuss technology clearly• Strong presentation and communication skills• Comfort working with commercial and technical teams• Experience working with Saudi businesses or the wider GCC market is a plus.About MT BYTESMT BYTES builds software, AI, automation, and digital solutions for businesses.
