We’re Hiring | Lead Acquiring Solution DesignerAFS is looking for an experienced Lead Acquiring Solution Designer to join our team.If you have strong expertise in merchant acquiring, payment systems, and solution design, this could be the right opportunity for you.Duties:Consult with customer banks to identify optimal acquiring solutions based on their business requirements and AFS capabilitiesGather and analyze customer requirements to ensure a clear understanding of business needsPerform detailed system analysis and design cost-effective, time-to-market solutions in coordination with internal AFS teamsSupport CRM teams with acquiring solution consultancy, feasibility assessments, high-level estimates, and prioritizationWork closely with Postilion/CMM Development, Application Support, and EMV teams on technical design and solution implementationAnalyze Postilion/CMM capabilities and recommend appropriate system configurationsParticipate in UAT and live implementation activitiesConduct customer workshops covering Postilion/CMM system features and operational usageRequirements:7-9 years of experience in Technical Analysis & Solution Design3+ years of experience within the Payments Ecosystem5+ years of experience with Postilion/CMMStrong knowledge of Acquiring Cards, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Digital Technologies, and AFS acquiring systemsStrong documentation, logical thinking, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities
