The company develops scalable API-driven platforms that enable enterprise clients to deliver modern financial products and services more efficientlyWorking at the intersection of technology, operations, and regulated markets, the business partners with financial institutions and technology providers to simplify complex processes through modern software infrastructureThis is an opportunity to join a high-growth, product-focused environment where collaboration, ownership, and innovation are central to the company cultureThe RoleOur client is seeking a commercially minded Solutions Engineer to act as the key technical advisor throughout the partner lifecycle, from early-stage discovery and solution design through to onboarding and long-term technical collaborationThis is a highly cross-functional position combining elements of technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, solution design, and stakeholder management. The role requires someone who can translate complex technical and operational requirements into practical, scalable solutions while working closely with internal product, engineering, operations, and commercial teamsYou will play a central role in helping prospective partners understand how the platform can support their business needs, ensuring solutions are technically feasible, operationally scalable, and aligned with broader business objectivesKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical contact for prospective enterprise partners during pre-sales discussions and onboarding activitiesLead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements, workflows, and integration needsTranslate business and operational requirements into clear technical solution approaches.Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to validate feasibility and support delivery planningSupport commercial and go-to-market teams by presenting technical capabilities and helping build partner confidence in the platformBuild and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders including engineering leads, architects, and senior technology teamsProvide guidance on API integrations, implementation best practices, troubleshooting, and platform functionalitySupport partners throughout the onboarding and integration lifecycle to ensure successful implementationContribute to technical documentation, solution proposals, diagrams, and RFI/RFP responses.Coordinate internally to support the rollout of new platform features and partner-facing technical updatesHelp improve scalable support processes and cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partnersStay informed on relevant industry trends, technologies, and developments within regulated digital environmentsSkills & Experience RequiredEssentialPrevious experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or another customer-facing technical roleStrong understanding of APIs, system integrations, software architecture principles, and modern software development practicesExperience working within complex or regulated technology environmentsAbility to simplify technical complexity and communicate practical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience supporting enterprise clients through onboarding, integrations, or technical implementation processesExposure to fintech, financial services, SaaS platforms, or regulated digital productsExperience contributing to enterprise RFPs, RFIs, or technical proposal documentationFamiliarity with cloud-based infrastructure and scalable platform ecosystemsExperience working within startup or high-growth technology businessesAbility to engage confidently with senior technical stakeholders and leadership teamsWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary package aligned to experience and impactFlexible working hours and hybrid working arrangementsOpportunity to work on modern platform technology within a fast-growing environmentHigh ownership and visibility across both commercial and technical functionsCollaborative culture focused on learning, innovation, and autonomyGenuine Career progression support, mentorship, and development opportunitiesAdditional benefits including mobility support, remote working flexibility, and regular team events
