About AirvoiceAirvoice is a global technology company developing intelligent solutions for air quality monitoring and management across buildings, industrial sites, and cities.We bring together HVAC engineering, indoor air quality monitoring, automation, data, and AI to help organizations understand how their indoor environments perform — and turn that data into practical improvements.With teams across the USA, India, Serbia, and the UAE, Airvoice is growing internationally and expanding its engineering capabilities across the MENA region.We are now looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Dubai team and work on real-world HVAC and indoor air quality projects across the UAE, GCC, and international markets.The RoleThis is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving real technical challenges rather than working only from specifications and drawings.You will work directly with buildings, HVAC systems, customers, contractors, and our international engineering team — taking projects from initial site assessment through solution design, implementation, commissioning, and performance verification.You will:Conduct on-site HVAC and indoor air quality assessments at commercial and industrial facilities.Analyze existing HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, ERV/HRV, VRF/VRV, and VAV systems.Identify performance gaps and develop practical engineering solutions for ventilation, filtration, HVAC retrofit, and indoor air quality improvement.Work with BMS, sensors, controllers, VSDs, and building automation systems.Support HVAC optimization and Demand-Controlled Ventilation (DCV) projects.Perform technical calculations and translate site findings into clear, implementable engineering solutions.Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, RFQs, and supporting project documentation.Coordinate technical requirements with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Support installation and commissioning activities and verify system performance after implementation.Participate in projects across the UAE and wider GCC, with opportunities to contribute to international projects as Airvoice continues to grow.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for an engineer with strong practical HVAC experience who is comfortable both on-site and in technical project work.Must-have experience3+ years of hands-on HVAC engineering experience.Strong understanding of commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems.Practical experience with AHUs and air handling systems.Experience with HVAC calculations, site assessments, commissioning, optimization, and/or retrofit projects.Ability to read and work with technical drawings and engineering documentation.Experience preparing or working with BOQs and RFQs.Strong spoken and written English.Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC.UAE driving licence, or willingness to obtain one.Strong advantageExperience with any of the following will be highly valued:BMS · AutoCAD · Modbus · DCV · HVAC filtration · Building automation · Sensors & controls · System integration · Indoor air qualityPosition Details
