CodeZal · Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe one-line pitchCodezal.ai is an AI-first software house in Jeddah, building custom software and AI systems for Saudi enterprises chasing Vision 2030 outcomes. We are looking for the person who can sit across from a CIO, understand a messy business problem, shape an AI solution worth SAR 400K — then bring it home.About Codezal.aiWe are a young, deliberately small firm with an unusual shape: senior commercial leadership in Jeddah, a full engineering hub in India. That structure lets us quote Gulf-quality delivery at speeds and price points the large integrators cannot match. We sell four things: custom software development, AI integration into existing business systems, and executive AI workshops ("AI Fluency for Leaders"). Our clients are Saudi companies in real estate and PropTech, healthcare, logistics, financial services, and education, hospitality and entertainment. We are past the "will this work" stage and into the "how fast can we scale it" stage. This is the first senior commercial hire. You will not inherit a playbook — you will write it.What you will actually doOwn the enterprise pipeline end to end. Source, qualify, shape, propose, negotiate, close. No SDR handing you leads and no manager closing on your behalf. You run the cycle.Shape solutions, not pitch products. Our deals start as a business problem, not a product demand. You will run discovery with CIOs, COOs and transformation leads, translate what you hear into a solution outline, and work with our engineering leadership to price and scope it. If you have never written a solution outline, this role will be uncomfortable.Build the commercial machine. Own the HubSpot pipeline, the proposal library, the pricing logic, the qualification criteria. Hand the Managing Director a forecast he can take to the board.Open doors we do not have yet. Jeddah Chamber, sectoral councils, LEAP, GITEX, the SDAIA and KACST ecosystems, holding-group family offices. Relationships are the product in this market, and you are expected to build them.Feed the roadmap. You will be closer to real client pain than anyone else in the firm. What you learn in discovery shapes what we build and what we productise.Who we are looking forNon-negotiable7+ years in B2B business development or enterprise solution sales, with at least 5 of those in Saudi ArabiaA track record of closing complex, consultative deals — SAR 250K+ ticket sizes, multi-stakeholder, 3–9 month cyclesYou will negotiate and write proposals in Arabic & English Genuine comfort with technology as a subject: AI, data, cloud, SaaS or custom software.
