About the Client: Our client is a newly established luxury private members’ club in Dubai, offering an exclusive British-European inspired dining and social experience, with a strong focus on personalised service, exceptional food and wine, and creating lasting relationships with its members.We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join a luxury private members’ club in Dubai.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about wine, understands refined hospitality, and enjoys building genuine relationships with members through personalised and knowledgeable service.Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert wine recommendations based on member preferences and menus
• Deliver polished and professional wine service during daily operations and events
• Build strong relationships with members and remember individual tastes and preferences
• Support wine cellar organisation, stock management and inventory accuracy
• Work closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams on food and wine pairings
• Maintain high standards of wine handling and responsible serviceWhat We’re Looking For
• Previous Sommelier experience within high-end hospitality
• Background in a private members’ club, five-star hotel or premium restaurant preferred
• WSET Level 3 qualification – required
• Strong wine and food-pairing knowledge
• Fluent English with confident and polished communication skills
• Professional, reliable and discreet in member-facing environments
