We're Hiring: Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator 📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE | Full-time, on-siteAnother Level General Trading (ALGT) is an international sourcing and distribution company based in Abu Dhabi. We hold exclusive dealership partnerships with international brands and handle sourcing, procurement, freight, and import/export across electric vehicles, marine products, robotics, and consumer goods. If it can be made, we can bring it.We're looking for a hands-on coordinator to manage the full cycle, from supplier sourcing and purchase order through to final delivery.What you'll doCoordinate international air, sea, and land shipments from origin to deliveryPrepare shipping and customs documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, HS code classification, and SDSLiaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliersRequest, compare, and negotiate freight quotationsTrack shipments and keep customers and internal teams updatedSupport supplier sourcing, price comparisons, and procurementWhat you bring2–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping, with UAE experience requiredValid UAE driving license (required)Solid knowledge of UAE import/export and customs proceduresStrong written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)Proficiency in Excel and OutlookDangerous goods experience (IATA DGR / IMDG) is an advantage, especially with lithium batteriesWhat we offerAED 4,000/monthUAE employment visa and medical insuranceDirect exposure to international trade across multiple industries in a small, fast-moving team
