Team members gain exposure to diverse residential and commercial projects and work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new real estate project mandates and partnership opportunities. Based in Kalyan in a hybrid model, the role involves working both on-site and from home, depending on business needs. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential projects and developers, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to assess project feasibility and alignment with company strategy. The Sourcing Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate terms with developers, track pipeline activity, and provide regular reports on sourcing performance and market trends. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of sourced projects and supporting strategic planning for expansion into new micro-markets.Qualifications Strong skills in market research, project evaluation, and data analysis for real estate opportunities.Proficiency in relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation with developers and partners.Experience in business development, lead generation, and pipeline management within real estate or related sectors.Ability to use productivity and CRM tools to track projects, maintain records, and generate reports.Solid understanding of Mumbai and surrounding micro-markets (Central Suburbs, Western Suburbs, Thane, Navi Mumbai).Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with self-motivation and time management for on-site and remote work.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Commerce) or equivalent professional experience.Prior experience in real estate sourcing, project mandates, or developer relations is preferred but not mandatory.
