This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers and vendors for materials, services, and equipment used in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Daily activities include negotiating pricing and contract terms, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring materials meet quality and compliance standards. The role involves close collaboration with project, engineering, and finance teams to forecast requirements, optimize inventory, and control costs. The Sourcing Manager will also monitor supplier performance, address issues, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and value enhancement.Qualifications Strong procurement and sourcing skills, including vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation.Ability to manage contracts, purchase orders, and supplier relationships with a focus on cost, quality, and timelines.Knowledge of construction materials, building services, and supply chain processes in real estate or infrastructure projects.Proficiency in using ERP or procurement software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.Sound organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on compliance.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.Prior experience in sourcing or procurement within real estate, construction, or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
