WE’RE HIRING | South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) Coordinator📍 Colombo International Campus (CIC) – Colombo, Sri Lanka💼 Full-Time | On-SiteColombo International Campus is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and academically driven South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) programme Coordinator to take ownership of the coordination and day-to-day management. SACE is an internationally recognised senior secondary qualification that provides a pathway to higher education, comparable in purpose to international A Level qualifications. It enables students to pursue university admissions in Australia and other countries worldwide, including the UK, Canada, the USA, Malaysia, and Singapore, subject to each university’s entry requirements. • Manage SACE registrations, subject selections, assessments and reporting.
• Coordinate academic timetables, programme schedules and key SACE deadlines.
• Monitor student progress, credits, subject requirements and overall engagement.
• Coordinate internal and external SACE examinations, including rooms, invigilation, documentation and exam procedures.
• Liaise with the teachers, students, parents and CIC management.
• Support assessment, moderation and reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student and programme records.
• Provide guidance to students, parents and staff on SACE requirements and processes.
• Analyse programme data and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support the Project Head – Learning & Teaching in programme planning, academic coordination and stakeholder management.
• Stay updated on SACE policies, requirements and best practices.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (eg management, education, HR).
• Experience with SACE or international education (EG, A levels, IB), would be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
