Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Attendant to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their spa journey, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.Maintain the spa, locker rooms and guest areas to exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and readiness.Replenish amenities, towels, toiletries and other spa supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.Assist guests with the use of spa facilities, including sauna, steam and whirlpool areas, while supporting therapists with treatment preparation when required.Follow all health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures, reporting maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.Basic understanding of hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.Friendly and service-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.Well-presented, attentive and passionate about providing a welcoming luxury spa experience.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
