This role includes managing spa team members, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. The Spa Manager develops and updates spa service offerings, monitors inventory and vendor relationships, and manages budgets and revenue targets. This role also involves delivering an outstanding guest experience by handling reservations, resolving service issues, and maintaining consistent communication with other hotel departments. The Spa Manager supports team development through coaching, performance feedback, and training on Hilton service standards and wellness best practices.Qualifications Experience in spa or wellness center management, including staff scheduling, service oversight, and operational coordination.Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and hygiene standards, with the ability to guide guests and support team training.Proficiency in basic financial management, such as budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking for spa operations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional hotel teams.Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Previous experience in luxury hospitality or similar guest-facing environments is preferred.Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, wellness management, or a related field is an advantage.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support spa operations.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
