Across all properties, the brand is committed to service excellence, innovation, and building long-term guest relationships in line with Saudi Arabia’s hospitality and tourism vision.Role Description The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations at Narcissus Hotel and Residence, ensuring a welcoming environment, consistent service quality, and adherence to brand standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah and includes managing spa staff scheduling, performance, and training, as well as coordinating treatments, facilities, and guest flow. The Spa Manager will monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role includes developing spa promotions, collaborating with sales and marketing, optimizing guest satisfaction, and tracking revenue and cost control. The Spa Manager will also handle guest feedback, resolve service issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of spa services and experiences.Qualifications Strong spa operations management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow coordination.Experience in guest service, hospitality, and handling customer feedback in a luxury or upscale environment.Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts, and health and safety standards within spa facilities.Ability to manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and support revenue growth through effective service and promotions.Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across hotel departments.Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and service consistency.Saudi nationality, with fluency in Arabic and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Previous experience in spa or wellness management, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or wellness-related fields is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
