Set within an exclusive equestrian and lifestyle community, this role serves as the first point of contact for our distinguished guests, ensuring a serene and seamless experience from arrival to departure.The ideal candidate will possess a natural warmth, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain tranquility in a high-end environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Welcome: Greet guests with professionalism and warmth, managing check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining the spa’s atmosphere of calm.Appointment Management: Expertly schedule treatments, manage therapist rosters, and optimize room utilization using our booking system.Concierge Service: Provide detailed information on treatment menus, membership benefits, and facility amenities; handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion.Administrative Excellence: Process payments, maintain accurate guest profiles, and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with therapists and management to ensure smooth operational flow and immediate resolution of any guest concerns.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a reception or front-office role, preferably within a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness center.Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, French) are a strong advantage.Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and spa booking software; excellent telephone etiquette.Attributes: Immaculate grooming, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.What We OfferA competitive tax-free salary and service charge distribution.Comprehensive health insurance and annual flight allowance.The opportunity to work in one of Dubai’s most prestigious and scenic lifestyle communities.Career development opportunities within a growing hospitality group.
