Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impression, work in a tranquil, luxury setting, and help our guests discover the perfect treatments for their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.Schedule appointments, handle bookings, and manage the spa’s calendar.Answer calls and emails, providing detailed information about services, packages, and promotions.Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively.Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience.Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality.Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
