Paramount Hotel Dubai is looking for a welcoming, service-driven Spa Receptionist to be part of our Spa & Recreation team.If you have a passion for guest service, a warm personality, and the ability to create memorable first impressions, this could be your next starring role!Your RoleWelcome guests and members with warmth and professionalism.Promote spa treatments, facilities, products, and ongoing promotions.Manage spa reservations, telephone enquiries, and guest requests efficiently.Support daily spa operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Identify opportunities to upsell spa services and encourage repeat bookings.What We’re Looking ForA customer-focused individual with a positive and flexible attitude.Good spoken and written English.Strong communication and organisational skills.Previous experience in spa reception or hospitality is an advantage.Experience in retail sales and treatment rebooking is a plus.🎥 Ready for your next starring role?
