This role focuses on delivering relaxing, rejuvenating, and therapeutic treatments while creating a luxurious and personalized experience. Spa Therapists are also responsible for maintaining a peaceful, clean, and welcoming spa environment and ensuring that all treatments are conducted professionally and in line with the hotel's standards.Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:Handling guests warmly and professionally, establishing a welcoming and relaxing environmentConduct consultations to understand guests' preferences and any medical concerns or contraindicationsProvide various massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and other techniques as trained and qualifiedAdminister body treatments, such as wraps, scrubs, and other therapies, following the spa's protocolsPrepare treatment rooms and ensure all spa areas are cleaned and sanitized to hotel standards before and after each treatmentRegularly check and maintain spa supplies, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and organizedDemonstrate knowledge of spa products, ingredients, and benefits to recommend appropriate home care products to guestsUpsell additional treatments and services where appropriate to enhance the guest experience and achieve sales targetsRequirementsUseful to have:Bachelor's degree/Diploma in cosmetology, physiotherapy or related field preferred1-2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness center preferredKnowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plusKnowledge of spa therapies, services, and productsProficiency in various massage and therapy techniques; knowledge of skin care, aromatherapy, and body treatmentsWhat you will bring:Strong attention to detailProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesExceptional organizational and time-management skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalismA problem-solving approach with an eye for detail as the ability to think on one's feet and address challengesBenefitsYou will benefit from:Competitive remuneration packageDynamic and highly professional environmentContinuous learning and development opportunitiesFriendly work environmentDomes Resorts is an equal opportunity Employer.
