Role Description The Spa Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this position, the Spa Therapist provides a range of spa treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other cosmetology services, following established protocols and hygiene standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing treatment rooms, consulting with guests to understand their needs, performing treatments safely and effectively, and recommending suitable products or follow-up services. The Spa Therapist also manages appointment timing, maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas, and collaborates with the spa team to support a smooth and professional guest experience. Consistent, high-quality customer service and adherence to health and safety guidelines are essential.QualificationsProfessional skills in spa treatments, including facials and pedicures, with a strong understanding of cosmetology practices.Ability to deliver attentive, respectful customer service and create a welcoming, comfortable experience for all guests.Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in spa and beauty environments.Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, spa therapy, or a related field.Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or beauty salon is preferred.Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team setting.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by spa operations.
