This role involves performing a range of spa treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other cosmetology services, in accordance with company standards and hygiene protocols. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring a relaxing and professional experience throughout each visit. The Spa Therapist will maintain treatment rooms and equipment, manage appointment schedules, and support front-of-house operations as needed. The role requires strong customer service skills, adherence to health and safety guidelines, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient spa environment.Qualifications Practical expertise in spa treatments and pedicures, with the ability to perform a variety of services safely and effectively.Knowledge of cosmetology practices, including skin care and wellness techniques relevant to a spa environment.Experience delivering facials using professional products and methods tailored to different skin types.Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build client trust, and handle client feedback professionally.Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or spa therapy.Commitment to high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in all treatments and work areas.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by spa operations.Previous experience in a spa
