Spa Therapist – Patmos | Onar WellnessOnar Wellness is looking for a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team in Patmos, Greece.This is a full-time, on-site position for a professional who is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, holistic treatments in line with the Onar Wellness philosophy and service standards. You will provide personalized care to each guest, helping create a relaxing, welcoming, and luxurious spa experience.Key Responsibilities• Perform professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness rituals• Welcome guests and conduct consultations to understand their individual needs and preferences• Recommend appropriate treatments, wellness experiences, and skincare products• Deliver personalized and attentive service throughout the guest journey• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety procedures• Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, products, ingredients, and wellness practices• Support retail sales through thoughtful and appropriate product recommendations• Work closely with the wider spa team to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience• Support the daily operation and organization of the spa when requiredQualifications & Experience• Relevant certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field• Strong hands-on experience in professional massage, facials, body therapies, and spa rituals• Experience working with professional or premium skincare products• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel, resort, or wellness environment is highly desirable• Knowledge and appreciation of holistic wellness and personalized guest care• Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and presentation• Professional, warm, discreet, and guest-focused approach• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamFluency in Greek and English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts according to operational needs• Professional appearance and excellent communication skillsAbout YouYou are passionate about wellness and genuinely enjoy caring for others.
