Job Description

Identify and source the correct automotive spare parts using electronic parts catalogues, vehicle specifications and workshop requirements.Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, place orders and ensure timely parts availability for workshop repairs.Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Controllers to prepare estimates, monitor deliveries and update parts availabilityManage parts inventory, stock replenishment, invoicing, returns and credit notes, ensuring accurate transactions and records through Keyloop DMS.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spare Parts Advisor or Parts Coordinator within an automotive dealership or service center.Hands-on experience using Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) is mandatory, particularly for spare parts inventory, ordering and invoicing.Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts identification, OEM electronic parts catalogues, supplier coordination and workshop operations.Good communication, coordination and computer skills, with the ability to handle multiple workshop requests accurately and efficiently.How to Apply: Send your CV in word format to: CUSTOMERSERVICEJOBS2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM and use “Spare Parts Advisor” as email subject
