The role involves assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct vehicle spare parts, offering exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities also include managing inventory to ensure adequate stock, keeping records of sales transactions, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales objectives. The Spare Parts Counter Salesperson will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address customer needs and build positive relationshipsActively identify and onboard new Customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.Ensure 100% accurate data entry for all transactions in the ERP system.Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and team members clearly and professionallyExperience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets related to spare partsTechnical knowledge of automotive spare parts and familiarity with FAW Trucks or similar brands is an advantageAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentOrganizational skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing

Job Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales.Strong ability to read and interpret Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and diagrams.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cross-selling.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishComputer literate with experience in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP).
